Manager - Life Sciences Strategy
SUMMARY
RxC International is a life sciences strategy consulting company. We are actively recruiting for Strategy Consulting Managers to join our rapidly growing, entrepreneurial team. At RxC International you will work with industry and consulting experts on challenging, complex projects across multiple therapeutic and functional areas. You will be expected to deliver top quality strategic and operational solutions to our clients, raising the bar and exceeding expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position self as RxC leader delivering best-in-class strategic and operational solutions for our life sciences clients
Effectively manage day-to-day client engagement responsibilities, including but not limited to, forging key stakeholder relationships, affirming and aligning expectations and minimizing risk through effective communication, deliver quality and excellence consistently
Drive project success and client satisfaction using multiple strategies and key industry insights that reflect on complex challenges with a fresh-new perspective and provide actionable recommendations
Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis using state-of-the-art research tools and advanced excel skills, to anticipate and solve client issues
Communicate effectively and often to all stakeholders, internal and external
Coach and mentor staff to develop effective analytic, communication, consulting, and project delivery skills and contribute actively to internal initiatives
Contribute to RxC’s growth through business development, marketing initiatives, contributing to intellectual property and thought leadership, and participating at industry association events
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum 7 years life sciences consulting experience from a leading strategy consulting organization 2+ managing multi-faceted external projects, or a combination of both industry and management consulting experience
Consistently ranked in the top 25% with accelerated career progression
Extensive pharmaceutical, life science, or biotech industry knowledge; specifically, product strategy, market access, and commercial strategy
Proven client relationship management skills including excellent listening, written and verbal communications; and ability to successfully synthesizing and explaining complex topics to a variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of success managing the delivery of strategy consulting engagements to life science and biopharma companies by employing a full range of analytical and research methods, drive strategic insights and plan, manage, and deliver projects in scope, on time, on budget
Past success and a passion developing skills and confidence in consultants and analysts
Advanced degree from top ranked university program in life sciences, biotech, or health management related discipline with excellent academic record (MBA or PhD strongly preferred)
Legal authorization to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
Reasonable travel is expected to support clients. Work from home, dedicated office space required
Multiple locations - preference near our east coast offices in Morristown, NJ.
