Subbarao Jayanthi has over 20 years of strategic consulting and operational experience in the life sciences sector. He has advised board members and executives at leading pharma and biotech companies. His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, new product planning, commercialization strategy, and life cycle management. He has advised clients on several successful BD and M&A transactions.

He has authored books on Commercializing Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Products in the USA and Biopharma Value Chain Management. These publications focus on helping BioPharma companies navigate the complexity at each value chain stage.

Subbarao has previously held leadership positions at leading management consulting firms and led the strategic planning function at a Top 20 biopharma company. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering along with an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
